PostBox Locked: Help Me.

If you renewed your Post Box using the Virtual Post Office and your Box has been locked, please contact our Customer Contact Centre on 0860 086 860 or alternatively complete this Contact Us form.

We will confirm whether your account has been renewed and we may require Proof of Payment from you.

Once we confirm that your account has been renewed, we will contact the relevant branch to have your Post Box unlocked.
