How do I update My Profile? |

In order to update your profile, simply make the required changes on the screen and select the 'Update' button. Confirm the changes by selecting 'Confirm' and the system will update your profile information. |

Can I change my password? |
|
Enter and confirm the new password you require for future secure access to the online system. The updated login details will be sent to the email address you used to register your online profile. This is one of the security features of the system. |

My email address has changed. How do I update my information? |
|
Your email address is used as the username to access to the online system. Click on "Change Email"; complete the required information and click "Submit". Alternatively, please contact the Customer Contact Centre on 0860 086 860 and inform them that your email address has changed. |
